    hello everyone, I am a long time lurker but I had to come out of the shadows to say WOW! :T:T:T

    What fantastic idea's you all have and how wonderfully you all make things :)

    have read this thread from start to finish over the last 2 days and I already have candy canes in my cupboard ready to make some snowman soup :D

    I usually only dabble in card making but I am branching out after reading this thread and seeing all of the wonderful things.

    Another Yorkshire (Hull) girl to add to the list aswell :rotfl:

    Don't know if this is of use to anyone but Aldi have alphabet cookie cutters for £1.99 a set. They also have a numbers and shapes set and an animal set
    We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

    Hi there all,
    Baby asleep, little one eating lunch and bigger (4) one at school.
    Just enough time to read 5 pages since I last looked.
    I had first fair of the season on Saturday and sold out of Magnetic pegs £1.50 for 5. Pints of socks £3.00. Ladies Fluffy Sock Cupcakes (4.00) and Bookmarks. (50p) So all these are good sellers at these prices. Just need to make loads more as in a couple of weeks I have 7 fairs in 12 days!!!!
    Also there was a lady there selling flannels with the minature shower gels etc in them (one in each) and rolled up to look like a cracker in cellowrap. She was selling these at £3 each too and said that last year she sold over 400 of them!!!!!!!!Might have to give this a go next year.
    Think I am just oing to stick to the things I have already done and try and make an earlier start next year!!!
    Good luck to everyone.
    sorry I have waffled a bit but hope this helps anyone with fairs coming up and no idea what to charge.

    I started a thread on here Craft Fair Best Sellers people on there would love to see what you sold

    Thanks to the lovely Helens Peg idea, I spent the afternoon, painting pegs. The paint is from the pound shop. Their boxes of acrylics mixed with a big tube of white to give pastel shades. I took them apart and it's very hard to get the silver bit back on but here goes;

    Not sure where I am going with these but I did have a play earlier and came up with these

    I think Helen handwrites hers but you could use a font that is like childrens handwriting, they usually end with UPC in word art.
