Please excuse me for being a thicko here, if I buy online on the 27th and 28th of this month and spend £50, do I need a voucher or code to qualify for the 1000 extra points? Or will it do it automatically?
Any does anybody know if these points night are happening anywhere in South Wales?
    Huge thank yous x

The points will be added on automatically :)

I'm making my list to see if I have 50 quid of things to buy for the event, and I need a little help. I was thinking of buying either Soap & Glory's Bright Here, Bright Now or some No7 Protect and Perfect serum. I've tried the P&P and really like it, and I do have some Time Delay stuff that sounds a lot like Bright here, bright now, so I'm not sure if I need it.

Basically, do Bright Here and the P&P serum do basically the same thing? I assume you'd really only use one or the other, not both? Any thoughts on which is better?

I see- (the 20% thing), I see it as cashback though, can see what you mean, you actually are spending £60 in order to have aprox 17% taken off, but I see it as cashback (been a member of Quidco for too long and compare it to every other cashback offer going when I shop). I guess if I started to think of it as spending £60 for money off and not £50 for cashback I'd need to rewrite my thinking and that would take me a long time and I don't think I have any brain cells left to do that...

I'm just as careful with points as I am with cash so only splurge with either if I really want something. I spend points when there is no advantage in paying with cash but pay with cash when there's the incentive of extra points. So I suppose I am seeing it as cashback too!

Martin's weekly mail says this about topping up mobiles at Xmas events.

Boots have said you will be able to earn points on mobile phone top ups, but you'll only receive the usual points, not the additional promotional points. Some of our site users have reported receiving the extra points on previous Triple Points events though so it may be worth a punt.

If anyone tries this and is successful, please let us know!
  • Can you only get double points with a coupon? Can you print them off of the machine on the night does anyone know please?

Me too! I save all my points throughout the year, and have a splurge in January! Last year, I got £500 worth of stuff in the 75% off sale - so it should have been £125 - and I just handed my advantage card over, with no cash to pay! It was fab!

As they used to say during Punch & Judy shows ....... that's the way to do it! :T:T:T

    Thankyou

The double points coupons are sent out in targetted mailings to customers.

You can print out bonus points coupons, like 200pts wys £30, but the ACMS are often turned off on the night, so best to do it earlier the same day or a day before.
