Hi - I've been having problems with laptop running slowly and programs 'not responding'. (Previous thread was other laptop!)

what's slow? commit charge? ram? you haven't done a malwarbytes update and full scan.

download autoruns, then

try it without rsit, ask toolbar, superantispyware, and defender realtime protection, google desktop search and toolbar, ProductReg.exe, adobe speed launcher, welcome centre and disable the nti stuff at startup

You have the ASK toolbar which is classified as malware. Go to the control panel and uninstall it.

As stated above: Open malwarebytes, UPDATE tab, CHECK FOR UPDATES (should be definition: 4729 or a higher number when you check for updates). Run a FULL SCAN. Remove anything it finds and post log here.

Still getting 'program not responding' occasionally - better than it was though! Updated Malware - new scan shows nothing....

Can't find the Ask toolbar? in 'control panel' 'add or remove programs'.?

Uninstall ASK toolbar first from add and remove in control panel. Find anything related to ASK?
Then rerun malwarebytes with FULL SCAN. Will probably take about an hour or two.
