Ah ok - just take your time.

When I unpack my delivery, I unpack everything onto the kitchen table and group them into rough groups : make-up, shower gels/b.bath, hair stuff, jewellery, skincare.

Then it makes it a bit quicker checking off my invoice, I work down the list, find the items on the table and put them back into a box (again in the boxes I keep them roughly grouped). Then once everything is checked off I start bagging up orders. I bag them in the order I'll be delivering, they get put into a box with the street(s) name written onto the lid - makes it much quicker finding them in the car if you can easily see which streets orders are in which boxes.

OH says its a bit obsessive lol - but means I can sort & bag up all of orders within 3-4 hours - whereas the first delivery I sorted and bagged was for the half amount and took me just as long as I wasn't as organised, I'd be rummaging round in the boxes for items and then checking them off the invoice.

Sounds like roughly what I do - except I find the room with the biggest bit of carpet space as our kitchen table is glass and I would undoubtably end up breaking it!!! It is NOT obsessive - I couldn't do it any other way as I'd feel totally disorganised!!

I need your advise on these infamous Avon parties you hold!

Ha ha - yes you do, I'd forgotten about your Party Panics!! Hope you are getting organised.

Very cold this morning, not quite sure when it got so cold - have been in London for 2 days and then this morning back in Nottingham .... a layer of ICE on my windscreen!!!!! Not impressed.

    Hi :)

Hello Tomorrow is always ordered 2 campaigns ahead so in C16 you would order from HT18. You can still backorder from HT17 but you would have to Select C15 from the dropdown box on the order page. Or, to save confusion if you click continue when you've placed your normal order you have the chance to order from online versions of the 2 HT's available to you by clicking on the items you want and adding them to your order.

You are not allowed to backorder clearance items from Hello Tomorrow, you can only order from the latest HT but you can order as much clearance as you want. Any other demo items are 1 per rep unless they state otherwise.

    Hope that helps xx

thank you for that! now i am soooo disappointed because there were things i wanted from HT18 and i did not order because i had no idea it was 2 ahead... i really wish my ASM would explain things to me. :( so when i order in campaign 17, i should also then order from HT1 when placing that order?

Avon sure is a lot easier when a person has guidance!!

so, last week when i was placing my first avon order, i tried to order a few things from ht17 (which is the one i thought i was supposed to order from) a lot of things listed in ht17 as DEMO products (at a demo price) actually showed up on my order as full size, regular priced products when i went to Subtotal my order. so of course i took them off. still other products (like the Anew clinical treats) said they were unavailable. And OTHER products said 'you cannot order this product in this campaign' (i was ordering in campaign 16

Sounds like your ask gave you the previous campaigns HT mag - which you could order from, but you would have needed to change the drop down box to 15, as for HT17 we should be ordering in camp15. She should have explained this to you!!!! Plus we can only order one of each demo product, samples & clearance we can order as much as we like but not the new products unless it states otherwise (like for the moneymakers).

thank you!... actually she did not even give me a HT mag. she told me if i wanted anything from it i would have to look at it online because she only gets a few copies and she didn't have enough for me to have one. but that is as far as she went.. she didn't even tell me what HT was for, or anything about which one to look at. sigh.

so knowing all this.. there are a few things that i ordered for myself to use that now i feel cheated out of.. for instance i paid a full £14 for a bottle of Outspoken in order to try it in proper spray form... but if i had known about HT18 i could have got it for much less.

i wonder... if we return items that we bought for ourselves.. and by returning them, we end up going below the HOV or MOV for that campaign (even though we would have been above it at the time we ordered!) does avon penalize us for that? do they say we have to give all our commission back because the items we are returning are ours and not a customer's?

Avon won't know if you return goods bought out of the normal brochures, that you bought them for yourself. Also you are just as anyone else to return goods if you are not happy with them.

Return the perfume and when placing your C17 order, back order from HT18, to do this, drop down the right hand arrow, so it says 16, put in the code from HT and then order it.

The only way returns affect your account is, making sure they are returned and that you are credited for them and not recharged, and for President Club. If your actual sales are lower, it will take longer for you to reach PC.

I've ordered the invitations, my friend is doing manicures, and my other friend is going to help me with cooking some food.

I need to sit down and work out what to order, especially with having 2 in one week and another shortly after!

Have decided I am going to ask for more territory and give up work and go back to trying to make Avon work for me. have been juggling who is going to look after my son while i work and getting him there and different people picking him up, etc, and it is ridiculous!

Yes that is the bit which I think would totally panic me - working out what to order!

Very very very well done on your decision :j- it is very clear that you really aren't happy in that job, and hopefully this will give you the flexibility to make everything work. Don't forget that DS will be in school before you know it (sorry!!!!) so you'll have more time again. Hope you can get enough territory to make it work - are you thinking about giving sales leadership another go as well? I think I got another 100 houses when I asked for more territory, then canvassed the wrong road and ended up with another 75. My new total of 300 houses is rather too much for me to cope with but I'm hanging on to it for dear life!

Sounds like you are more dedicated to Avon and if you decide you're going to give it a go, then you really will give it your best shot.
