im so angry, i was talking to a 'new' rep in the street today just round the corner from me. I have been asking asm for territory for about 3 months and she said there was nothing!!! so how come the lady i was talking to is on her 1st camp and has been allocated streets near me? i even told asm i would travel anywhere in town as the area she gave me in the 1st place was someone elses territory! aaaarrrrggghhh think i will be f and f forever!!! x

Off to fat club in the morning, Ive lost a stone in 5 weeks and will double effort to make up this last week!

Im done with shi**y, 2011 had better be a marked improvement on this year, or I will be having words with the Fat Controller!

hi everyone,

my ASM has not been very clear about many things - hello tomorrow being one of them. she did not even give me a booklet or explain anything about it. i only know about it from this thread!

so, last week when i was placing my first avon order, i tried to order a few things from ht17 (which is the one i thought i was supposed to order from) a lot of things listed in ht17 as DEMO products (at a demo price) actually showed up on my order as full size, regular priced products when i went to Subtotal my order. so of course i took them off. still other products (like the Anew clinical treats) said they were unavailable. And OTHER products said 'you cannot order this product in this campaign' (i was ordering in campaign 16).

i would greatly appreciate anyone giving me some clarification on this. i can never get ahold of my asm and when i do, i can't seem to get very many clear answers. for instance she seems to think that back ordering is a big secret and hardly anyone knows about it.. :rotfl:

Hello Tomorrow is always ordered 2 campaigns ahead so in C16 you would order from HT18. You can still backorder from HT17 but you would have to Select C15 from the dropdown box on the order page. Or, to save confusion if you click continue when you've placed your normal order you have the chance to order from online versions of the 2 HT's available to you by clicking on the items you want and adding them to your order.

You are not allowed to backorder clearance items from Hello Tomorrow, you can only order from the latest HT but you can order as much clearance as you want. Any other demo items are 1 per rep unless they state otherwise.

Sounds like your ask gave you the previous campaigns HT mag - which you could order from, but you would have needed to change the drop down box to 15, as for HT17 we should be ordering in camp15. She should have explained this to you!!!! Plus we can only order one of each demo product, samples & clearance we can order as much as we like but not the new products unless it states otherwise (like for the moneymakers).
