Evening all!

Quick question, can't see my invoice yet but my account balance has updated and I am 19p short of hov, I am assuming this is because something is OoS.....my question is does that mean I have reached HOV or not as my order was over HOV?

If your invoice isnt giving you the hov discount, contact Avon by the contact us bit asking them to correct your balance to reflect the fact that your Order was over hov and it's not your fault items were oos. They should then correct it, the computer system doesn't always give the correct discount if items are oos and they need to manually correct for it.

grrr am having to reorder business cards as have changed my mobile number! am looking thru the business card pages and there is soooooo many to choose from that I really like!! ooo choices!!

I have decided to take a break from avon for a while over the christmas period! would be stupid not to! am here there and everywhere especially christmas day! the joys of having to do 2 families!
hope everyone is prepared for christmas! Im certainly not!! as per i leave things to last min!! one day I will be prepared!!

well got woken up at 6.20am by the delivery guy this morning deliverying my 1 box of goodies! and have to say I'm not a happy bunny today! 3 items out of stock!! 2 being the black suede gift sets. I'm not too bothered about the one I ordered for me as am not seeing the person who i brought it for until the new year, the other is for a new customer!!! also the champagne glasses are also out of stock! again these are presents for my bosses so was hoping that they came as my last day at work is tomorrow! looks like gotta find a plan B!

only had a small order this time as only had 2 customers order and i ordered a few bits and pieces for stocking fillers. totally forgot had the delivery this morning as have got 2 boxes of returns to do which I was hoping to sort out today, looks like its gonna have to wait until January now! gonna have to find a hiding place for it until then!!!

Think avon are trying to save on the packaging with the brochures! anyone else find that their books were all loose and not in the packaging as they normally are??

i hope i dont get my delivery at that time in the morning i woudnt be happy either! i hate being woken up. ive ordered the champaign glasses for my mother in law! when i ordered them it said they had limited stock did it say that for you too? hope they come! x

i think aswell im going to ask for a few more streets in the new year, i want a relaxing christmas (haha) x
