You cannot backorder HT clearance though, and it is unwise to try as if the same product is in the current HT at a higher price, then they will just charge you the higher price.

afternoon everyone! My first order came this morning at 11:30 so perfect time really (hope it stays that way!!)
When i ordered i had a few things come up with the yellow circle thing everything came except the champaign flutes so just a quick question will they get sent to me when they do get them in stock? and do i have to pay for them now even though i havent got them yet?
The floor outside is still all icy and snowy but the suns just started to shine so im thinking of popping out to deliver to some customers! i was going to wait till after christmas but my little girl is enjoying sitting on everything so just worried it'll all get ruined before i get out!

If you look on your order form it should say if they will be sent when they are in stock.:)

I did exactly that on behalf of one of my team members but was actually told that if their order includes any oos clearance items then the order may drop below the 25% commission rate. This was actually in C1, which included a Clearance/While Stocks Last Brochure - not 100% sure whether Avon are including those products or just HT Clearance. Either way, just watch out..... Methinks, Avon are 'credit crunching' wherever they can!

Despite trekking through the snow (and customers not putting their books out because they didn't think I'd possibly be turning out in the awful weather.... :mad:) I only had one tip from a little old lady, who also gave me a tip last campaign too! ADHD maybe ? C2 has been awful for me; she's one of my biggest orderers @ £16:eek:, which includes a foundation @ £10..... Really can't sell her one @ £10 and then deliver her next brochure (C3) with the same product in @ £4 can I? :A

sorry feel like a bit of a rant, and sorry for not being avon related!
well having abit of a bad day!! had to go into work for a few hours just to clean the boss's house! they think that they are that posh they think they dont have to do anything if they dont have to and they clearly wont!!! (sorry but people like that wind me up just cos they earn xx of grand a month!!) basically recieved an email bascially telling me im no good at my job etc! which nearly reduced me to tears! its not my fault as soon as i tidy up your son makes a mess again or you newborn son is crying and you wont comfort him and leave it to me!!

she obviously didnt take a blind bit of notice the other day when i said this time of year is very very hard for me with losing 2 close family members and not really up for doing things as she still feels the need to say the things she did!
I felt had to reply back to the email to defend myself! i was quite good and wasnt rude or anything i kept calm! looks like in the new year its back to job hunting again!! all i can say is thanks! looks like my christmas is so gonna be a good one!! not! time to reach for the bottle of wine!! shows how much they think of me!! cheers then!! rant over!!
