Hi Ladies!

Anyone here based in Manchester? I love Avon, reminds me of my ma and there are a couple of products I really like that you can't find similar elsewhere. I know I can order online but I would rather that someone else benefitted by being middle woman!

Whoop had a customer want to be a rep and signed her up this evening - win win, even if she decides its not for her, she'll end up being my customer again anyway lol.

I phoned up customer service and explained the dilemma they put me in touch with a rep that stays local to me so she is dropping me a brochure tonight

Pretty good collection yesterday - picked up 2 new customers :j Had one note not to leave one again from someone who, when I first saw them a couple of months ago, said she liked Avon and to keep leaving them. Then they said "every other brochure" then this time I got the tick to say no more. Maybe someone they knew started doing it.

Did a bit more Extreme Avon-ing today, in a blizzard and stepping through snow up to my knees. Good thing about the snow is people are more likely to be in.

Last campaign I tried ordering the Shampoo Gift Set and got a big red cross, and it didn't turn up, had another customer order it this time round and when I put it onto my order it was still showing the big red cross, just gone into submit the order and it's now got a green tick!!

Still showing too many yellow dots for my liking though - can't have everything though I suppose.

I've got a customer that's placed her first order with me, it's only for one thing - the country rose cup - and on my order it's showing the ugly red cross, so I'm not expecting it to come in. I don't know what to do with it being her first order, I really don't want to let her down.

Anyone got any suggestions for softening the blow and keeping her sweet?
