I go back 3 times. I also do 3 strikes and you're out - up to you but if I don't get a book back 3 times in a row (after trying 3 times) they don't get canvassed for a few months.

Hi everyone

I am looking to find myself an avon rep as I have a few things I want to buy for crimbo and would rather give my business to a rep as it makes it easy to order and free delivery etc

Here's the problem I went on to the avon site to find a rep put in my postcode and it came up with 5 pages of reps.....! How do I pick I just wanted the closest rep to me

I live in Kilwinning, Ayrshire, Scotland

Any suggestions

on a good note, i went and made my c18 deliveries yesterday and they were ALL in and ALL had their money ready which is impressive seeing as it has been nearly 3 wks since i gave them their delivery day slip! i'm getting them well trained now!
i want to try and canvass as many houses as poss in c1 as its last before xmas, but i only have 20 c18 bks and 20 c1 bks. i almost dont want to use the c18 bks after seeing how much is oos already. anyway, i emailed my asm asking if she could confirm what my territory is, as i had new territory allocated a few weeks after i started and wanted to check if the old roads had been deallocated from me or not. well surprise surprise she hasnt replied so i either leave them or canvass anyway? another thing is one of my ex-customers is now a rep. apparently only doing f&f but she lives opposite me so i fear for the future of my roads..... hopefully i have been a reliable enough rep that they will stay with me...

Is anyone giving their c1 & 2 bks together? or c2 & 3?

i am so glad that our office shuts over xmas because i really need the break. i think i am going to go into hibernation.

Phase one of my recanvassing successful! Only had 10 spare backorder books as needed to do regulars but two new customers £40 & £18 spends - lovely jubbly. Supposed to do rest of my regulars plus 30 odd books recanvass tomorrow but not sure as snow forecast for the south east tonight. Looks like DD will be pulled in the sledge again.

Want to order these planners in my C1 due for delivery 13th dec then I do a copy for all customers so those that haven't spent that much this year still get a freebie from me as I'm only gifting those who buy most/every other campaign.

Thinking ahead to C2 & C3, shorter campaigns so going to offer a freebie with orders over £5. May help to encourage spends after Christmas and make the customer feel 'looked after'. Not too worried about losses - any orders at this time will be much appreciated.

Yes, I do C2 & 3 together, miss C2 as it falls between Christmas and New Year - too much hassle. That way I can reallocate customers to current/back brochure again.

I'm thinking I'll do the same this time! My C2 was rubbish last year and I think it was because of the timing.

Sales will always be down but depends when your delivery is due. I put my best customers on C3 with a copy of C2. Not so good ones go on C2 but the better of these get any C3 clearance pamphlets as well so as to minimise the chances of OOS.

Will be tricky to get round everyone in two weeks given that I usually drop brochures on tues/wed and collect following monday. Dont want to break the monday pick up as its taken 4 years to train my customers :rotfl:

Hiya, unfortunately I'm not near you but I was just thinking maybe if you go onto Avon connects forum and create a post titled "rep wanted in Kilwinning" or something like that you may be able to get a prompt response from someone near by.
Hopefully someone on this thread will be local to you and be able to help you out
