I would say put it in with your next order. Are you on C1 now? If so, it's only a short campaign anyway (2 weeks instead of 3). At least she will still get it before christmas, and she will know not to mess you about in futureEveryone loves a bargain :beer:0 -
Quick question (apologies if it's been answered dozens of times already).
If a customer returns an item that contributed to receiving an offer, then does the offer item need to be returned also.
I am talking about the offers when you spend X and then qualify for a cheap item.0 -
Quickie question - I hope
I just had my campaign 18 order delievered (nothing missing from my customer orders! RESULT!) and i ordered a few bits from Hello Tomorrow C2 (order online in C18) and C1 (Online in C17) - the bits I ordered from C17 are not ones that are out of stock (special offers but not sale) and they weren't on my delivery note, invoice or delivery... but they ARE on my order when I check online... so...
Can or can't we back order on Hello Tomorrows? Or was I just unluckyOr have I completely missed a point LOL

You can back order everything from HT except for the clearance section, and sometimes money makers but it will make it clear on the page if you cannot back order it.
You just need to make sure that you put in the right campaign (ie the previous campaign if you are back ordering).0 -
Thanks Clare - I definitely did make sure it was the right campaign etc - but no sign of the items I ordered from c17 HT... weiiiiird...
might call them later and ask...

Hmmm not gonna work out, SLs delivery comes after my next order is due in. My lady has ordered every campign so if I ask her to wait until next order im risking her not ordering for c.1.
Thinking about going through quidco & ordering online but think it'll take ages. Maybe I should just do additional. The things she wants are stocking fillers that say while stocks last0 -

I'm in Bristol. I don't mind paying p&p just dont want to risk losing her as a customer.
She wants the lip gloss set, bath petals and planet spa face mask set. Not sure how big any of those things are to know what the p&p would be like though.
