I am really happy as it looks like I will hit about £300 for my first campaign - yay!!! Still have one more road to collect my books from tomorrow too - so fingers crossed both for orders and for the snow to hold off lol!

I made an early order for C17 back in July and have just realised that in my C17 order there were none of these items I ordered!! Has anyone else had this problem? I've just e-mailed Avon to ask where the hell it is! There were Christmas presents for people in that order!!! Let's hope they can get their act together and send it with my C18!

ooo - Thanks Vicky. What's the sales brochure???? I have only just started and only had standard AVON books for c 18.

if you go onto the first page on here there is links to online brochures including the sales brochure x

Thanks Chelsey. Are these brochures which are normally sent out with your normal books automatically? Just wondering why my SL wouldn't have given them to me for use with my brochures for my first campaign??

Anyone having probs with the sub-total on the online order? Items are on the view my order page but some not appearing on the subtotal page? Not had this before...

When you order brochures yourself you get the sales booklets, but have found when my SL gave me brochures I didnt get the sales booklets, but i think it all depends on your SL etc!

Yes when you order brochures you'll be sent sale booklets automatically. Your sl probably didn't give you them to help prevent you having to disappoint customers when you're so new and it's so close to Xmas. Some customers don't understand that we have no control over how much stock Avon have in and with sale booklets there can be a high chance of having items being out of stock.
