You can't cancel the return. Just don't return the goods, give them to your customer, take the money but don't pay it onto your avon account, until you have been recharged by Avon. They will recharge you within 36 days, when the recharge appears on your account, then pay the extra with the money the customer has given you.

Had my 2nd order delivered today :j
Luckily my friend came round and helped me sort it all out and check it was all there - just one item missing, which was for mum so not too much of an issue waiting for a replacement. I've had to email Avon too as I missed off one of the Free Christmas Shimmering Gift Sets, and then messed up trying to order a replacement
Living room floor looks like an Avon warehouse so it's lucky the OH is working away
Pleased to have got £440 sales for C18 :T but not expecting much for the next campaign.
Still can't decide whether to go for territory because of all the issues mentioned on here. At the moment, if there is a rep on my road, they haven't canvassed for about 9-12 months. I know there's a new rep on a couple of the other roads in my village, as she delivered to some of my friends, but luckily a mutual friend told them I'd just started too, so they ordered from me Think I'll just try and catch a couple of my neighbours and ask if they're interested, and maybe put a poster in the local shop window It's quite rural where I live so I don't want to have to be going miles to canvass.
