I've been out collecting brochures in the rain (again - why does it always rain on avon days?), not doing very good this campaign, a lot of my regulars haven't ordered, but on the plus side I have gained a few new customers from territory, they're only small orders though but at least I'm still getting new customers.

My delivery is next tuesday but I'll certainly let you know if the stockings are there or not

Has anyone else had trouble logging into the Avon website or is it just me? Every time I go to log in, it says that my username or password are wrong? I've reset my password a couple of times now, and it still doesn't work! Really frustrated as I want to go in and pay my bill. It's a good job it didn't happen on the night I have to put my order in!

the credits will be automatically applied when avon process them. If you currently have an outstanding balance, if you make a small payment towards it, you should see the credits come back on.

has spent most of my afternoon looking through HT books and the current brochure as well as last campaign seeing what I can get for the christmas fayre im doing! and then looking in the c1 book to see what i can charge etc! safe to say its been doing my head in! thought i would do it on my day off as wont have enough time to do it soon with work!
I've found some of my recent avon that I brought before becoming a rep to use as testers! cant believe how much ive actually got!

also just a quick question! I used to use skin so soft stuff but it had the green label just wondered if it has been discontinued?

don't forget, even if the products are delivered, not delivered, anything could happen between that delivery and yours. If they are not in stock,they may be in stock in time for your delivery or someone does a return, so they are available.

Please can anyone help...
A customer that i thought was ignorning me after completing an order has now returned from holiday to say please can she have her goods...I gave her loads of notice but explained I needed to return them if I didn't hear from her.

How do I cancel the return on the reps site? I've filled it in online and packaged it up ready to go back but now she wants them. Shall I just leave it and Avon will take the money back out after 30 days? Thanks!:D

If something on the order doesnt have a tick, dot or cross next to it does that mean anything? Its the free gift with herve leger for him in c.17 if that helps at all
