I've got something to return just doing the replacement and I can't see the 'Request immediate replacement button'. I've got 'Add credits', 'Add replacements', 'Update' and 'Submit' is it on the next page??

I submitted my order last night, would that make a difference?

I seem to remember that the 'immediate replacement' button appears only at the last step?

hello all, has anyone ordered the new secret fantasy perfume (c.18 page 219). i had a customer order one last campaign but shes queried that it has no top/lid on it. looking at the picture in the book it doesnt show one on either so im wondering if this is how it should come or is it just missing because its unusal for a perfume bottle to be lidless. has anyone else ordered one who can help. many thanks x

Morning all! Fresh Newbie alert!!!

Hi, I signed up this morning and am really excited about selling Avon again. (I did it for a short time in London and Dorset when the ex was in the Army!)
Been a long time MSEr though.!!

My area manager was really nice and I have a great territory literally on my doorstep. Friends and family are really supportive as well especially my 2 daughters who love Avon products and makeup!

Wish me luck! Off to do ALL my christmas shopping in one go now!

Just did the return and it didn't give me the option for immediate replacement, now when I check it just says 'Stored', what does that mean, how long will it take to receive the replacement??

New to Avon and on my first campaign, hoping someone can help me with regard to Hello Tomorrow. I am on Campaign 18 and been given Hello Tomorrow 1 is this right?

Also can someone enlighten me on what Moneymakers are?

If i remember correctly you can order the moneymakers e.g the fergie purfume with free body lotion and spray but you dont pay for them until 2 campaigns after, so this gives you a chance to try and sell them at the £14 etc, and any you dont sell you can send back x
