  • Hah, yes i was quick to catch onto that one. ;) The first lot of order forms i did i used labels printed off the computer but its far easier having a stamp!

The territory is not too bad thanks! Cant remember if i told you that a couple of my original roads already had a rep so i asked ASM for more territory - she gave me an extra 160 houses. I canvassed 4 of these roads last campaign - two of them were mainly elderly people who requested not to have a book again, the other two were good and i got about 6 new customers from them. I have one road left to canvass this campaign which has about 45 houses on it so fingers crossed i'll get a few customers from there. I have about 15 regular ordering territory customers so far which is pretty good, and 5 f&f.
I did run a 'spend over £20 and receive a free gift' offer over c17, 18 and 1 but only 2 have taken it up so far.

Good luck with your canvassing. Are you including an introductory letter? do you knock or just leave the book?
    :)

Glad you are getting lots of orders :). I did the introductory letter and a spend x and get a free gift, I am continuing this for houses I haven't yet covered when I drop a brochure. Just back in and managed to get half the houses on my territory done now. Could have done more but it was getting dark and was very cold out there. It seemed late and I was shocked to look at my watch and find it was only 4:30! Don't like this dark, cold weather one bit! I have just £31.50 worth of orders so far, hope I get more!
  • Just did the return and it didn't give me the option for immediate replacement, now when I check it just says 'Stored', what does that mean, how long will it take to receive the replacement??

    Anyone got any ideas???
  • Hey Ladies, just to let you know I got my delivery today and the baskets were included so it seems not all orders are being sent without baskets- phew!
  • Hi

I was just wondering how you go about quitting Avon. I have e~mailed my ASM and she said that quitting Avon was fine, but my question is do I have to e~mail Avon directly to tell them that I want to quit or does my ASM have to let them know.

My account is still up and running at the moment. I would still like to order from Avon every now and again ie keep my account open, as I do really like some of their products and I do use them. I especially like receiving the HT campaign magazine though!!.

Can I keep my Account with Avon going as a rep and order things every now and again or do I have to order through another rep. It won't be a massive order either just £5.00 at most as cannot afford it.

I expect you would like to know my reasons for quitting: Time - Am on a Pain Management course at the moment for 8 weeks. Money - having to pay for brochures all the time and getting no orders, plus not making any commission. No customers interested round where I live mainly retired pensioners. Don't have family or friends who are interested either.

Not placing an order for 3 consecutive campaigns will get you removed as a Rep automatically.

If your delivery is due thursday you should be able to check your invoice online, that will tell you what's due to arrive & whats out of stock.

Site's not loading for me at the moment but I think you go to your online account, my orders, order tracking then click on the invoice number xx

Hi i've slowly built up my customer base over the last 9 campaigns since i started. I'm now upto about 125 customers. I only do avon part time at the moment but have just signed up as a sales leader so will be doing a few more hours. I have only done 1 party since i started but have another 2 booked in for next week. My advice just keep canvasing the roads you are given till they say they dont want a book. Word of mouth soon gets round that your reliable and more people order.

WOW!! I'm impressed, is that from territory or a mix including friends and family? As I don't work in an office environment I find it hard to pick up new customers. My friends and family do their bit to help and I have 2 friends who take books to work with them for me so that helps. Admittedly I do have some more territory to tackle in the New Year but I've probably around 50 customers in total from territory, friends and family.

    Well done! :T
  • I can't log on either, so guessing there's a problem :(
