Still off here too, but don't think it will belong beforevitvis on. It's howling a gale here and the hills behind us have had a few snow showers :-( temperature in the sitting room has dropped to 18, so I have my blanket out.Every days a School day!0

Chilly here today and I have been tempted however a snuggly blanket on the couch has strengthened my resolve. I am determined to keep the heating off for as long as is sensible, every day keeps pennies in my pocketTaking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Heating on this morning. Sorry to let the side down but we have people coming this morning who feel the cold and the living room felt noticeably colder this morning so I've put radiator on low to take the chill off the room.
Still investing in some cheap cami tops and cardigans this autumn has saved me a lot in heating bills already and I'm sure the loft insulation has helped too.0 -
Heating still off but definitely much colder this morning. DH was moaning he was getting cold last night so wouldn't be surprised if he puts the CH on this evening when he gets in but would really like to keep it off for as long as possible.
Have got a log fire but definitely not cold enough to use this yet.

Mine flicked on this morning too, quite chilly outside. I tried to persuade DD into gloves on the school run but she wouldn't. So she was cold on the way home - put I did put the cover on the buggy so just kept pushing her arms inside
Ours is on a timer but off now. I do have the conservatory heat on though - we are playing out there today, and my bedding is airing in there as it didn't dry yesterday.
Might have to move - feel cold sat down. But the windows are open upstairs... Will go see if they've dried off...Bossymoo

On!!!
I'm freezing. However I have just finished my stint of night shifts and have a massive horrid cold. It's very windy here too. I shall be putting another duvet on the bed soon if this continues, and hunting out the hot water bottles.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -
Funny old weather. I posted 11/9/13 that I was freezing and my heating was on.
For the past couple of weeks its warmed up and my heating is off. Sunny dry days down here in Kent, though the leaves are falling.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
