Been quite mild for the last few days although without much sun at the right times. Very windy today but indoors it has remained at 50+ for over a week
  • The heating is on today as it has felt cold today. I had the heating on for about 5 hours yesterday as well.

Today there has been sleet outside so it is on and I also have a hot water bottle and a blanket over my lap.

Its been snowing for a while here, when I get home I am going to try out my new heated throw. I bought it on Friday evening and the timing couldn't have been better!

My electric bill was also around 150 quid for December. My home is all electric wall panels, no gas and the EPC is C so it’s not too bad plus I don’t use the immersion for hot water. My reasoning is the showers are electric and all appliances are cold fill. Even so, it’s still a lot to pay compared to what it was pre price hike prices and I’m still careful
