    Thanks David, the contact email address I can see is the same one I used to contact Claire originally - [EMAIL="btcare@bt.com"]btcare@bt.com[/EMAIL]. I have already sent an email to that address asking for further help.

    The saga goes on.... I have now received a new final bill with an extra £30 'cessation charge' added on. :mad:
