I too have received a letter like this offering me £1,100.00 but they say I owe them £950.00 so they going to take this off the offer - the amount they say i owe them has been in dispute for two plus years - what do I do as it says in the PPI letter FINAL OFFER
Hiya
Well done on your success.
Was this an offer or did they admit liability and upheld in your favour?
If there are arrears outstanding - what normally happens is they award the refund towards the debt and anything remaining plus any interest should be refunded directly to you.
If there are any arrears, do you know how much? The one and only "Dizzy Di"

As I said there were some arrears but were disputed by me as I can prove I dont owe them as much as they say I do but after nearly three years I have been bashing my head up the wall with them and getting nowhere. Anyhow today I get another letter identical but the amount the offer is more and guess what - the arrears are more lol - they still cant get it right - if I accept the second amount even though the arrears are higher i am still better off - dont know what to do - just might accept both offers and see if they pay them both out :-)0

Well done to you!
Give them a call on the 10 days to chase this up if the money is not in the account by then.
As its a previous and resolved complaints and not "new", they should continue with refunding you, let us know and we shall take it from there, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
