Hi Leanne, can you tell me what grounds they declined your original claim, and when was your loan taken out ?
Glad to see Welcome are at last doing decent thing, really hope they accept my reclaim

Have had the same letter hit the doormat today (ex housemate opened it for me and told me)

to say I'm in shock is an understatement!

got my letter 15days ago and sent it all back got paid today throu my bank thanks to all on moneysaving for advice now time to spend

Me too!!!! my letter arrived today - although they sent it second class and only give 14 days to accept the offer. sent back my response by recorded delivery just to make sure. £2,087 for missold PPI and a further £100 compensation. Can't believe it, will let you know once money is received by BACS

I too today received a letter from Welcome Finance. They rejected my claim three years ago and today I received a letter telling me that they were going to pay me £9,236!!!!!! What's going on? I don't really care - just happy to be receiving the cash so I can pay debts!!!!! Hurrrayyy!!!!!!!!

I too have received a letter like this offering me £1,100.00 but they say I owe them £950.00 so they going to take this off the offer - the amount they say i owe them has been in dispute for two plus years - what do I do as it says in the PPI letter FINAL OFFER

Until December 2009, Welcome Finance provided unsecured and secured personal loans and hire purchase for cars to individuals with non-standard credit profiles. Welcome Finance is now closed to new business.
