    Regardless of what your personal opinion is on the future of the economy, house prices etc. there is a way of putting your views across in a mature way. The bears may be proven to be right, the bulls may be proven to be right in the long run.

    What isn't in debate is that some people on this site are immature, poisonous individuals.

    I would urge all people to reread their posts and ask themselves...I am coming across as balanced and informed or do I sound like a bitter and twisted persom

    I would rather be wrong about the future and a decent person, than right and someone who this planet can do without.

    Yeh very useful comment. This forum is being ruined by playground name calling. Its just sad. Though it doesn't come as a surprise that the few ruin it for the rest.
