I'm a bit gutted they have dished it out for the last few years and haven't got the guts to take their medicine now house prices aren't dropping.

When you see the latest posts on there like ' Lets grass our landlord up to the inland revenue' you know they have admitted defeat.
I hope everyone of them who wished bad on a homeowner gets totally screwed by their landlord for the rest of their miserable days.We love Sarah O Grady0 -

Of course they should, but this particular person is making the assumption that all landlords dont declare income and therefore should all be reported.
Bit like the police arresting everyone for a potential crime in the area.

what do you think will happen to the tenant once he reports the landlord... stay in the property?
people that would report these kind of things obviously have a chips on their shoulders or don't see the bigger picture...0 -
I believe things would be better if all felt a duty to report tax evaders as well a benefit fraudsters.0
