  • Today will be number 5. Very glam day ahead of catching up on Sky+ progs that I missed through the week, and a huuuge laundry basket full of dirty things.

What a way to spend a day off :D

    Hello everyone:wave:

Little spends on Fri and Sat (cinema ticket & couple of coffees for myself and Mr Teenyweeny).
    Today = NSD 7/18 :)

Does he know you refer to him as Mr Teenyweeny? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (Sorry!)

I've about two hours to finally clear this bl**dy bedroom before I'm off for a much needed (and not very MSE :o) cut and colour!

(Trying to declutter the bedroom and if I wasn't trying to be MSE it would be much quicker 'cos I'd take it to the charity shop or freecycle, but I need to find somewhere to put all this stuff I hope to ebay!!!)

Yes spoon i did enjoy the win, all nicely chilled, under a duvet with a bar of choccie ah the little things in life!
they rubbish as they Keiss, how are you today?
Ah well yesterday was a major spend day, spent about £30 + on bleeding cinema, food, play centre and then shopping. But its all good , the boys enjoyed themselves. Had to do something with them, as they gutted about us not to London.

So today might be a nsd but, if we go to the booty, i very much doubt it. Ah well. No worries, its back to skintness now, forced NSD's a plenty next week!

....understand that load of old gobbledegook)
    It's my second language--ask wot-sits-face about the doo-dahs I lost last wot-effa :D

Love the vids Chris! Amazing skills, & one of the brood passed a comment on the rider's abilities to pass the paintwork & not leave any scuff marks. Only No1--not a huge fan of two wheels I add--could be more concerned with damaging the decor :doh:Sometimes I wonder if I brought the wrong baby home from the hospital :undecided cuz the rest of us are more than happy to wallow :rotfl:

Got my week's worth yesterday with No 7 & like many others I'm taking advantage of the weather & getting some smalls sorted for the week. Mind; the size of our 'smalls' we could do with a few hurricanes to help dry them

  • Well the last two days have been spend days but I managed not to buy the dress and shoes, still debating those for OH's christmas ball... hmm..
I did buy a few things at the car-boots purely for my artwork though, oh and one book for 25p. Managed to ignore everything else that was screaming at me :)
Quite happy actually, normally I would have come home with a load of junk (although my art stuff does admittedly look like junk...)
Ear is a bit better but I still can't hear out of it - apparently I'm talking quite loudly which seems to amuse my family :o

My OH has a bike which I have to say I'm not too fond of, purely because I drive and see a lot of terrrible drivers around who just wouldn't see a bike coming...:(

Going to attempt to take lunch and a bottle of tap water in to uni every day this week to try and stop needless spending... We shall see how that goes!

Hmphfff...was hoping for an NSD today, but we are running out of stuff!! DH has gone to a workshop (at the local Literature Festival) and has "helpfully" done some shopping on his way in...:( As I am going nowhere, I was hoping for an NSD...hey ho, husbands can be too helpfull sometimes!!!!

I was hoping to survive until tomorrow...but he did spot there is no bread or dog food left, and the OJ has run out too, not to mention the papaer hankies...we are onto the loo rolls now..:o Oh well, perhaps tomorrow can be NSD instead...though I have my doubts...:(

I normally would have made bread yesterday or today, but still suffering with this bloomin' cold. My ribs and back really hurt with all the sneezing and coughing I have been doing since Friday. Still feeling a bit sorry for myself...managing to get some knitting done...but little else...might do some ironing soon...a bit at a time methinks. Still want to doze all the time, but know I won't sleep at night if I sleep too much through the day. My asthma isn't too bad today....but I am working my way through my puffers...may need to get more this week (more expense!!)

(((((Hugs))))) to everyone else feeling c**p....hope everyone starts feeling better soon.
.....shuffles off to curl up for a bit before attacking the ironing mountain .

Enjoy the lovely weather..if you can :D.

Hello all, just a very quick update from me - I'm really missing this thread but I'm still away with work and just not getting a chance to keep up with it. After three lovely days of sun in Japan, we had a free day yesterday to go and do some sightseeing so went to an area called Hakone, which is spectacularly beautiful with all kinds of cable cars, boat tours and little mountain trains over fantastic views, and great views of Mount Fuji....well according to the website anyway, this is what we SHOULD have seen http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5200.html ..instead the weather decided to chuck it down all day (torrential british kind of rain) and we just had to look at the brochures for the views because it was so misty and cloudly we could barely see a thing (I am not exaggerating when I say we could see nothing but cloud and mist outside the cable car) Still, despite the bad weather it was an experience that not everyone gets to have so I'm greatful for that.

I CAN however report another 3 NSD which takes me up to 8 NSD already :j

I feel i'm cheating a bit this month as i'm away with work, but I also suppose I'll have some things to stock up on when I get home.

Change of country today, flew to Taiwan so I'm now in Taipei for a couple of days before heading back home.

sorry i can't keep up with the news atm but hugs to all those who need them, and well done to all those who have achievements of whatever scale xx

So Goodbye... or zài jiàn for the moment xx
