Diana - it was actually KerriGT's recipe, she posted it a couple of days ago on this thread, if you search the thread you'll get it, sorry I'm carp at posting links:o
Anyhoo - the cake is absolutely delish - Kerri's recipe says it will keep for three days in an airtight tin - fat chance in our house - I've already had FOUR bits:o:rotfl:

Grrr..just typed a post and the s*dding internet went down... second time lucky

Glad you like the cake jinty :) Diana if you can't find the recipie in the thread, give me a PM and I'll send you the recipie - can't say I'll be able to reply quickly as I'm going to be travelling with work but I'll get back asap.

Well, no NSD for me today. Was going ok but caved to a coffee (well hot choc and a lemon and ginger tea) with my friend, we were both suffering a case of the Monday blues so it was money well spent. Also downloaded the last episode of Ghost Whipsperer to watch while I'm globetrotting with work, not really necessary but I have bee good so thought I deserved a treat (and £2.90 was perfectly acceptable), plus hotel TV can sometimes be very suspect!

    Have a good evening all

Well today wasn't a NSD as i went to the garden centre and bought some veg plants, so tomorrow me and my youngest are going to plant some leeks, red onions,, kale and broccoli oh and some conifers.

It was worth the look on his face going wow, when he saw them. He's feeling a bit lonely because his older brother has gone on a trip for the week. Hey its better than buying chocolate! Also it cheered me up :).
