'It's always been that strikes were unique, ie like smartie says they must be from a unique seller, so 2 NPB strikes from the same selller = 1 strike'

No-one has contradicted that. The only thing under dispute is how many strikes it takes to get someone kicked off. Only ebay know that.

Unfortunately if someone wants to leave three negs, it's tough luck, pretty much.

If you can prove to ebay that the person bid on those items purely so that they could leave you bad feedback, you'd have a chance of getting them removed... but hang on, aren't we talking about hypothetial negs that you might never even get?

Bit too early to panic, imo.

You were wrong not to send the things she paid for and I'm pretty sure she can report you for this...

How was I wrong when she messed me about? she had bid on 3 things won 3 things and paid for 2 but asked for me to combine the items in one parcel!?

how much feedback have you got? How many things have you sold? How much money have you lost!?

I have recently sent a pair of my babys old dungerees to someone who won them and they didn't send the money....yes my fault (they were sent by accident before they paid!), but it wasn't too much money and I would have thought they would have paid! but no they just kept them and didn't respond to anything!

I am not panicking! its only ebay!?!?!?! just merely having a conversation and asking a question. Just pondering not bothered either way!

I would have just posted the 2 items that she had paid for. If she hadn't paid for the third item how did she expect you to send it to her??? And why would someone pay for 2 items with Paypal and pay for the third item from the same seller via cheque or postal order?? Very strange buyer.
    I  this site!!!

I am just explaining not having a go!!!! here is just a snippet from an ebay help page

If a seller has refused to complete a sale, and payment has not been sent or payment has been refunded, report the seller. Make sure to include a copy of the email documenting the seller's refusal to complete the sale with the full message text and complete email headers when making your report.

If a buyer has paid for an item and has not received it, nor a refund, or believes the item was significantly misrepresented, they should refer to the eBay Item Not Received process. Buyers will also find instructions that will enable them to contact eBay to report the seller on this page.

After receiving a report, eBay will consider the circumstances of the alleged offence. If a complaint cannot be proven with certainty, it is possible that no action will be taken. For privacy and security reasons, eBay will cannot discuss the result of the investigation.

If a seller cannot complete the transaction because the item is no longer available to sell, the seller may consider contacting the buyer, explaining the situation and attempt to reach an amicable resolution. While eBay encourages the buyer to be open to a reasonable resolution proposed by the seller, the buyer is not obliged to agree to any such proposal
