Nope, as it's all for the same person it'll only count as one. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
I'm not sure that's true, I believe that a strike is a strike and it doesn't matter if it's form the same seller (unlike feedback). I remeber a while ago giving a fairly new member two strikes and they were immediately kicked off, I can't be sure how many strikes they already had of course but there was just one negative for non-payment previously. Checked eBay's help but it doesn't discuss this situation.0

It's always been that strikes were unique, ie like smartie says they must be from a unique seller, so 2 NPB strikes from the same selller = 1 strike and 3 unique strikes and you were out.
However, the rules changed in December 04 and are much more flexible now, strikes do not necessarily get a person banned, it depends also on the rest of their feedback plus how long they have traded on ebay.
There are a lot of interesting rules tucked away now for instance:
12. If the buyer does not respond to a mutual agreement request, is the buyer assigned an Unpaid Item strike?
Yes. Buyers who do not pay for their item and did not participate in the Unpaid Item resolution process are given a UPI strike, even if the seller selected the "Mutual Agreement Not to Proceed" option.
14. If I've refunded a buyer's PayPal payment, is that item still eligible for an Unpaid Item credit?
Yes, as long as you have refunded the entire payment using the PayPal "Refund Payment" option for the item in question. You can find the Refund Payment feature on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal Account. If you refunded only part of the payment, or if you refunded via PayPal Send Money, a check or some other means, the item is not eligible.
If a buyer gets too many strikes within a short period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension.

However, ebay help pages are as useful (not) as ever and do not specifically say that unpaid items need to be unique.

Two members i dealt with got banned for not paying for my items, they had 0 feedback and had not bid on more than 2 other items before, therefore couldn't have had 2 strikes before mine
I now write that i don't want bidders below 5 feedback, as it wasted alot of time for me
I let them on my last few auctions, and they have paid :beer:0 -
She is acting sketchy with me, she bid on 3 items paid for 2 with paypal and said she was sending a cheque with another, she kept saying ...has it arrived yet etc, in the end I refunded her the paypal, she is now emailing saying send me the items I paid for and I still want all 3 items etc...... I just don't want any trouble or comeback!

How come you didn't send her the two items she paid for via paypal? Or am I missing something here?I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

yeah I'm confused too, why did you refund her paypal and not just send the items out to her?0

I would guess she wanted the items posted together, slow paying/ non paying buyers are driving me nuts at the moment. I don't care if they change their mind I'm pretty easy going its just when they don't respond and it holds up relisting the item.0

thats right floflo she is just doing my head in!! they are beautiful dresses for a 3-4 year old girl and I had a lot of interest! I refunded her as she was taking her time and not responding to my emails. I said if she still wanted the items then just contact me, that I will hold them for 2 weeks (more than generous I think!) but she wasn't really straight wiv me! ;(

Have you opened an Non Paying Buyer dispute, it might be worth as if she doesn't reply through it within 7 days you can close it and she can only leave a comment and not a negative. I had a real flake tried to neg me over a £3 item she had not sent payment for the comment is on there but Ebay removed the neg rating as she did not respond within 7 days of the dispute. I have 100% and a rating of over 900, but she came off worse as I am afraid I did neg her using similar wording to the comment left for me, hopefully first and last time I leave a neg, I normally just leave it if someone just says they've changed their mind.0
