Yes, as long as you have refunded the entire payment using the PayPal "Refund Payment" option for the item in question. You can find the Refund Payment feature on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal Account. If you refunded only part of the payment, or if you refunded via PayPal Send Money, a check or some other means, the item is not eligible.

This ones nasty. Seller sells you a pile off, you return, they refund, they NPB you, you loose, there feedback stays and yours is removed. Nice.

well, After all that just today I have given her 3 strikes and she is still on!! so bang goes that theory!! She is open to leave me 3 negs now!! She commented on every dispute saying she wants to pay why am I making it difficult! after takinga deep breath before typing I sent a lovely mail saying oh we must have got our wires crossed, I am happy to send you 3 invoices again and you can pay and we can start this whole transaction again!! Of course the items she bid on were summer dress for a 3 year old! why woud she want them now! so she just dragged it out!

Hi - not an expert on this but doesn't feedback from the same person only count once. When I've bought a few items off one person in the past although you can see all their comments against separate items it's only plus one on the feedback. So might not be too bad...

Hi, but surely if they leave 3 I can get them all removed as it is not allowed?

  • 3 strikes should ban them for a good while. Soo knows the official rules but I always thought 3 strikes kicked them off. It should not matter of the strikes come from the one seller or unique.

3 strikes from you = 1 strike as it's only from one person! This was covered quite early in the thread. You have only given your buyer ONE strike.

What makes you think three negs are not allowed? People are allowed to leave as much negative feedback as they care to as long as it doesn't break the rules of ebay.

When 1 person leaves positive feedback more than once for another person only the first counts on your rating although all feedback is shown - is this the same for negs.
