Has anyone tried Lidl's Formil washing powder?

I'm looking for a good quality washing powder that won't cost a great deal. I normally buy whatever's on offer but I saw this powder in Lidl. Has anyone used it and is it similar to those big brands in terms of cleaning? I'm looking specifically for something that will keep my whites, white! Thanks in advance

I have used the Formil non-bio liquid for about 6 months and it seems to be fine. Try it !0

Don't use it in a dark low temp wash, or you'll get white speckles all over everything. It performs better on whites in at least a 60% wash. They have liquid detergent for both colours and whites, they are very cheap and as good as any I've tried.1st Purse £114.19 Monthly GB:rotfl::j:wave::j:rotfl:

Getting low on washing powder, and Persil is very expensive.
I usually add a bit of white vinegar to own brand washing powders but I'll try it with-out.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -

I'm sure I read elsewhere on here that it was rated as one of the Which best buys for performance & value. Keep meaning to try it myself.0

I use the Lidl big box powder, I buy the colour and whites powder and think that they both clean really well
i have also bought the Aldi own make and again that is fine, I was an Ariel user for years but found that it was getting very expensive and to be honest I cant tell the difference in my clothes0
