    I agree. I just (really) dislike the phrase "full time mummy" and couldn't stop myself commenting.

    To answer the OP's question. No, other than the CTC and CB you are probably already claiming, there isn't alot else. WTC might be applicable if you're income is low enough, as may HB (if you rent) and/or CTB.

    Your wife has decided to give up work and look after your children. That is not a paid profession.
