I notice that someone has already mentioned these glasses going to wrong addresses. Mine were delivered to the right street, but to the house with the same number as my DAY of birth. The same thing happened to my husband. So we got one set delivered to number 3 and one to number 8, but we're number 7!
This error has obviously happened because their system of texting your date of birth and address, with commas in between, has got mixed up.
We managed to get ours because all the numbers - 3, 7 & 8 are close together and the postman sussed it.
I would suggest that if you haven't got yours, perhaps try the house on your street that's the number of your day of birth.

I received the postcard which was redirected from another house up the street (wrong house number) but my glasses should have been here by now. Relying on the honesty of the householder I was hoping that they would have pointed out the mistake to the postman and asked him to redeliver as yet no sign of them
