I still have not recieved mine, every time i have rung them they have said different things, 1st was that they had been shipped, 2nd was that there was a delay on recieving the boys bags and the 3rd was that there was a delay on the girls bags and they wouldnt be shipped until the 18th Dec.
They wouldnt take my order no to look it up cause they said there system doesnt work like that and they cant check individual orders.

I bought 2 mens (one for OH and dad), 2 womens (one for me and mum) and the grandparents one (because it looks better). Am not expecting too much from having read the previous posts but I love surprises. My OH is gonna open mine and wrap the presents and I will do the same for him. Not received them yet but from other post it looks like they might not arrive until 18th dec.

I emailed them as mine says shipped but I haven't received them. This was the reply I got this morning;

We are just waiting for extra stock for the goody bag, but they will be posted by the 18th December deadline mentioned on the website

So if this is to be believed then you can't go by what the status says on the website anyway!

I ordered 4 different bags on the 16th October. End of October the tracking on the website was saying 'shipped' so I waited for a couple of weeks for delivery, and after that gave them a call. I was told that there had been a delay with the post, and that they would all be posted out by the 4th November.

So, I waited a few more weeks and phoned again at the end of November to be told that 'shipped' means that the orders have been shipped to a warehouse and were being processed for delivery...?

I read all the reviews from last year, and decided to give it a shot seeing as most people had said if you order early the stuff would usually turn up..but I have the distinct feeling that what their 'customer services' are saying is all just BS and I'm going to end up chasing refunds

Thanx for this post, just order 2 for my girls stockings! They are only young so anything will amuse them, even the wrapping!!! lol

Has any one recieved their bags recently
