    I placed an order with them on 3rd December total price to pay was £3.75, just checked my online banking and find they have taken £12.00 from my account! i have sent them an email....... not impressed at all.

    I think they were meant to be POSTED by the 18th, not delivered by then. I hope they arrive soon but I am waiting for parcels from GAME, Amazon, Hotel Chocolat, Sainsburys Entertainment, Play.com & others that haven't arrived yet so could just be the backlog with the weather holding everything up.

    Still not had ours which is a nightmare as I wasnt able to finish my Nephews stocking! :( Just hope they turn up in time to do my daughters!

    Ahhhhhh poop. I have just seen that all orders were to be placed by the 25th November. I ordered mine on the 27th November. I guess they will throw that in my face when I ask why I still haven't received mine. *Sad*

    When I ordered it clearly said, and they have emailed the same to me since the order, all orders will be posted on or before 18th December for Christmas Delivery.
