Just to warn you mine has been showing as shipped since i first ordered in Sept and when i queried it they said it automatically goes to shipped even thought it hasnt so mind has been showing this for ages it does not actually mean they have dispatched it - well according to their customer services

I phoned today (ordered 30/09) she took my postcode and surname and confirmed it was posted on Friday. I complained that it was unlikely to arrive now in time for Christmas she said if it doesn't it would be Royal Mails fault as it was posted in time, she said I could post it back if I was unhappy about the arrival date but would have to cover the postage myself. What a joke!AKA: PC

We can confirm that the goods have been sent and are well on their way. We do know unfortunately as per the National news that Royal Mail are suffering with severe bad log due to the time of year and the problem weather conditions, but we hope that the item has either reached you already or does so in the next few days.
