I have not had mine either. The offices are closed now until the 4th Jan looking at the website. I have e-mailed them although i doubt i will get a response when offices open.

Kinda pleased they havn't arrived judging by what people have had. lets hope i can get a refund.

they took the money on 24th November I have not received anything. I tried to calll them today and it states that they are closed until 4th Jan. i shall be calling for my refund.

I ordered and recieved the ladies bag. Arrived in good time and was excellent for my secret santa at work. Would'nt have wanted to pay more than the £5 for it though. Probably will buy again next year, worth the punt i think!

I have emailed them today due to failure to supply 4 different goody bags, money was taken on 23rd November have asked for full refund will see if get any response from email if not will phone and complain.

I ordered from them last year I think it was and thought they were quite good, however this year was rubbish.
I ordered 3 girls & 1 boy, I got 3 x Dora Stickers, 1 x Star Wars Stickers, 4 x Scooby Doo Beanies, 4 x Guess with Jess DVD and 3 x HSM Canvas prints.

Complete waste of money, I won't be doing it again as it seems to be so hit and miss and they dispatch times are terrible.
