Hi Picnic, I have recently started a blog and am also finding it very confusing
So many things to remember lol, we will get there in the end!! Also noticed you are from Walsall, yay me too :T
Hi Sadie, glad im not the only one getting confused by this blogging :rotfl: although I have managed to add some banners to my page :j next is to change the back ground colout.. but one day at a time...
Iv also noticed ur surname.. same as mine just spelt different:eek: lol
Picnic - thanks for the link - the packs were a fab price - I resisted though as I would have had too many duplicates, although I should have got a couple for presents. I'm now following you too - your butterfly bear card is really cute - love the trail of butterflies across the top. Your other cards are fab too - love the glitter on the hedgehogs - really eye-catching!
thanks for the comments melissa, wow your cards are stunning! :T

Melissa I will report back on the pens when they arrive. Jacqui Denis was demoing them and she is Copic trained and she was raving about them, I know its probably sales talk. I asked to see the blending and the use of pencils and sansador with them and she made it look sooo easy. I had a good go with the pens and they felt really nice, more like a cheaper copic and softer nib than a promarker. I asked about the card she was using and she said Neenah card was excellent and made a huge difference when blending. I will keep you posted.0

Viclspence - has DS been up to anything naughty this week! Mine doesn't really do anything specific - just generally makes a mess!
Hi Mel - My DS hasn't done anything naughty, but managed to cut his foot open last night jumping on his bed! We still don't know what he did though!!!! There was blood everywhere, especially as he had walked all the way downstairs (cream carpet) and literally dragged his foot in to the room with a stream of blood following him. If it hadn't have stopped bleeding when it did he was on his way to A&E. He didn't cry because it hurt, he cried because of the blood and kept saying he was sorry! Once the blood had gone and we bandaged him up he was a happy hunny again!Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!0 -
SoniaTurner wrote: »Hi all, I looked into making my own wedding invitations to find it worked out more expensive than buying them straight from a company.
I used brideandgroomdirect and found videos of certain products on youtube which was really good.
If you go to you tube and search brideandgroomdirect you can also see videos of the invitations!.
I couldnt fault this company and the invitations was beautiful!
The whole point about this thread is that we are crafter's who like to make things, not buy ready made things!!
Youve been spammed before in your one and only other post!
looks like it will happen in this one too :spam:0 -
I understand the point of this thread, however the whole point to this site is saving money and I am posting something I believe could help other people, apologies if you think this is spam it was purely to help other peoples decision when deciding what to do!0

His foot seems OK now, as soon as we got rid of the blood it didn't hurt any more. He has since acquired a bark so has been off school all week because of it, he sounds like he is barking like a dog. He is always poorly poor kid!Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!0
