Rusty/ Rainmac - I didn't resist for long when it came to ordering the MME pads - it was the 20% off discount that swung it for me - I'm just gutted that I've got to wait for a month until they're released. I learnt my lesson with the first edition pads - I delayed ordering them with the discounted pre-order price and then when I came to do it they had all sold out. Can't believe how many pads MME are releasing though - it was hard narrowing it down to only 7!!!

Rusty - ah I see. Also, I can get trousers and shirts from Asda or Tesco but blazer, tie & p.e. stuff from a specialist place and there is only ONE in the area I cant imagine what their mark up is!!!
Melissa - time for a glass of wine me thinks - lol xx

    Those MME packs are gorgeous!!

Made a card for a 30th which I'll blog when a suitable challenge comes up, but I've had a Kraftin Kimmie stamp for ages and never used thought I would use it today but my colouring is a nightmare on it!!! Going to blog it when I get chance and ask for advice on where I'm going wrong - its strange cos I went on to colour a LOTV and had no problems - I wondered if it was because I was using dark colours???

Melissa - 7!!! hehe I still have a lot of the other ones which I have barely touched, I did pre order those ones though ... still tempted but find that sometimes once they have been released that they drop in price and make it into sales so dont know what to do!

I am fuming now, OH has just pushed me over the top! headmaster called, looks like I am wasting my time and energy trying to do what it right for Maddison then I call OH to ask a time for fri and he completely ignores everything I have said, so I might have just shouted at him lots and hung up on him!

    Oooh!

    Aaahhh!

As Mr Fresian is currently jobless, I have [strike]no[/strike] minimal guilt if I have a teeny splurge.

That being said, my last "teeny" splurge was £55 including some new Nesties from Craft Superstore, so I am technically on a stash ban...:D

My DS is starting full time school in September, he is already at the school, but some bright spark decided to change the polo shirts but its an odd colour so you can only get them from school, he also needs a school fleece, some pe shorts as we can't find any in town and something else which I can't remember, all coming to a grand total of £38, its a good thing that he's on handimedown sweatshirts as both his DS and two cousins are at the school so he'll have many jumpers for years to come!

Further to said DS's antics with the cereal tub the other week, yesterday he decided to break 6 eggs in to the bottom of the fridge and attack the cat/window/tv/chair and fly that he was trying to kill with ant powder, needless to say he's in the bad books again! Although, worryingly, he has learnt to say 'create and craft' and now keeps saying things like - mummy's got c&c on, tell mummy I want to watch mickey mouse not c&c, mummy's favourite channel is c&c - i feel a theme coming on with his new found sentences!
Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!

Those invites sold lovely Flourgirl although I don't envy you working with so much black card.

Rainmac - uniform like that for a 7 year old!! We only had to buy sweatshirts for the primary school. I have just spent £38 for 2 sweatshirts and a tie plus another £29 on pe kit coz they've changed it this year to logo stuff - thats without the rest of the uniform - plus if we move to Scotland I'll need to start all over again.

    Hey ho it's only money.

I haven't bought any of the new MME pads - I still haven't used any of the last 2 I bought coz they're too nice to cut into so figures it was daft to buy them - plus if I have to pack it all up OH will see how much I really have squirelled away and threaten me with a bonfire :rotfl::rotfl:
