OAP - Sorry - I've no idea who it was!! :o

fluffyb - wow! sounds like you will have a fab craftroom I'd never thought of using a drawing board I can't get things straight but then I haven't got the space for one

    Georgie - Thank you - I'll try & catch C & C one Sunday so I can answer OAP

flourgirl - sorry to hear about your uncle - no wonder your Dad's upset it's against the natural order of things for younger ones to die first. ((hugs)) for you & your Dad.

Melissa - have you got your bag back yet?

    Jackieb8man - Welcome!

Marg i think melissa will be packing her bag whilst she's waiting for the ambulance lol.

Flourgirl . Hope your dad feels a bit more upbeat after seeing you. It does feel strange when your younger siblings die before you though. I still forget and pick the phone up to call mine and it's been 6 years now .

Well we had good news yesterday . Carly has completed all her 1 year post op tests and at age 3 her expected overall score was 63 % when her results came through yesterday she had hit a whopping 96% her grandad said that was his best prezzie as it was his b'day yesterday. Her listening skills are a whopping 100% she now has them set to hear even the quietest sounds which was expected to be 3 years before she reached that stage .she has adjusted really well. Just her speech left to concentrate on now . Sorry to waffle but can you tell we're thrilled for her.

    Fluffy your craftroom sounds wonderful.

Marg it does sound like barbara grey i saw her once on c & c she is wonderful very inspiring,

Hi Georgiegirl I think you are after a draghtsmans drawing board. I just tried to find you on Facebook as it is always nice to link up with a fellow crafter. Do you have a black cat as your profile photo?

She does yes. I just looked on my friends list. lol.

padster That's great news about Mr Padster and blimmin cheek blaming you for his smoking! (You're doing great BTW)

rainmac That's not good news about OH's job - keeping everything crossed for you both.

fluffyb Is this what you're talking about

Thank you PepPop - yes it is. Its so I can stay sitting down as I suffer with back pain, but sometimes my cards end up a bit squiffy and off centre unless I am looking straight down onto them :rotfl:

Thanks everyone for the help :T

Wonderful news about Carly craftygranny, sing it from the roof tops, it's just the best news xxx

It's DS1's birthday on Sunday and his party on Saturday, it's at a Laser Zone place and I am sitting here trying to work out teams to avoid squabbling/fighting as a couple of the boys are errr, headstrong to say the least :p We have invited some friends back for dinner after the party so we are going to have meatballs followed by mud cake, a recipe in this month's Good Food magazine. That's the bit of the day I am looking forward to the most ;)

Mel, dare I ask, is the bag packed? What stamps did you order?
