Evening. So hands up then, who succumbed to the new LOTV stamps? I haven’t so far although I’m quite keen on the birthday bumps teddies one. However, I really must start using some of the stash I already have rather than keep buying more. Not only a monetary consideration but also a space (or lack of) one.
Soma - well done on your second DT post - who is it with?
Viclspence - so how’s the pink machine going - have you stopped playing yet?
Mad-Frog - blue screen of death does not sound good - at least you’ve had some warning and can save your stuff. My last laptop packed up with no warning. Such a pain.
flying_fresian - well done on your ‘creative accounting’ - you’ve saved money really.
Pep-Pop - thanks for the link to the envelope templates - what a lot!
Melissa - fab deal on the phone for your DS
Please can someone tell me how to post a link on here and just use a word as the link rather than having to post the whole URL? Thank you in advance.
Right, goingto catch up on bl*gs now.0 -

I've managed to screw up a few attempts, get frustrated, slam the lid and have another cup of tea. After about the 4th piece of paper the mat is finally losing its stickiness so managed to get my last 2 shapes off in one piece :j Think my DH thought I was going mad as i got very excited. It's very pretty.
My husband has had his compansation valuation through as he got online access, I still haven't had anything and funnilly enough the important people at the solicitors all finish at 5pm so 'someone will call you back tomorrow Mrs Spence'. I won't hold my breath!Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!0 -

I'll try to expain how you do this:
Type your post, then go back and highlight the word you want to become the 'link' (I do shift and arrow to the right, but you can use the mouse to).
Now go and find the URL that you want to ink to, and copy the address.
Go back to your MSE post where your highlighted word is, and click on the insertlink button at the top of your message - looks like a world with a link to the bottom right, and is to the left of the button that looks like a link with a red cross over it.
Click this button and paste the address of the URL that you have copied. Click ok and this box closes, and the world that you highlighted should now be blue, and when it is clicked will take you to the website page.

So the air was blue for a while then - glad you got some good results in the end though. Not sure what it is with 'officialdom' - they're always going to call you back.0
