  • Afternoon all.

Lol at drinking baileys and placing a craft order, only because have been known to be caught by that disease myself :rotfl:.

I have been very restrained, not bought anything in the sales but.... I have given in and bought two magnolia stamps - Ballerina and Princess Tilda.

Which.... got me thinking.... I love my Magnolia, Sugar Nellie, and Whiff of Joy stamps but I think the time has come to seriously investigate digi-images, need to really get my MSE hat on this year.... goes off whistling to investigate printing card, sizing images and getting a bit more techie :rotfl:

ETA: nearly forgot OAP - what a lovely new grandson, congratulations

Sorry not got time just now to do a 'proper' post BUT

Addams - Can you tell me more about the foam for the Marianne butterfly dies please - I've got No 3 and have yet to get a decent one cut out for myself! ie where do I get it from?

PONR - I'm happy to cut some for you once I master the skill!

Dragonllew - the ones you cut for me last year were fab -which is why I treated myself to the die. x

Hope to be back on later.........

    Hi ladies,

I'm hoping that I'm allowed to come and join you again...I've had a busy 2010 and not much time for crafting (although I somehow managed to find time to expand my stash) I have recently started scrapbooking too as I got married last year and want to do one for the wedding, working on one for my niece and will be making one from April for my...daughter eek!

I'm keen to get back involved in the challenges that you all do :) I hope you are all well

Hi everyone. Been AWOL, very poorly still. Can I please have a very bad headcold instead of this g*dawful throat and chest virus I have. I've coughed so much but there's nothing coming up IYKWIM, my vocal chords are all swollen and sore, been sleep deprived since Wednesday as I can't lie down, starts a coughing fit, so I'm in bed propped up unable to sleep at night. Can't eat or drink anything cold as it starts coughing again. Just about managing room temp jelly as that's quite soothing.

Strangely, DH is very similar but he has no infection, says his is side effects of the radiotherapy. Anyway, he's finished treatment now :j, hope he has some benefit, I'd hate for him to go through all that for nothing.

Can't stay in sun room where computer is for long as it's a bit cold and starts cough again.

    Just popped on to say

KMS Thank you so much for the lovely Xmas card which arrived a few days ago and

    HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone.

So sorry to post and run again, hopefully I'll be back to normal in a few days (please god, I really haven't done anything bad enough to deserve this). Big huggies to everyone until then.

congratulations on the new arrival OAP
hope you get better soon Tomsmum - you sound awful
hi salesadmin - I do scrapbooking too but I just do it randomly. I think trying to scrap a whole wedding or holiday just puts too much pressure on my and my MOJO goes. I just love scrapping happy memories.

Welcome back then, salesadmin, it's nice to have extra peeps join us. I've been faffing about most of the day trying to make a valentines card for Artydoll's challenge. Getting there slowly as the mind keeps wandering off to look at craft sales. I've only succumbed a little bit:D

TomsMom, I hope you feel better soon, lots of honey and bee propolis might help.

Wow, just got an answer from a query about the Wizzy and Tim Holtz Sizzix Bigz dies on Splitcoaststampers. I may succumb to one or two of them.

Marg - I got it when I was at the NEC, they were selling single sheets with the dies or you could buy 6 sheets in a pack. It was called ejection foam. I think this is it here or here or here. Hope that helps.

Tomsmom - Hope you start to improve soon

Oooh that would be fabulous if it isn't putting you out too much? If you can get it then let me know how to get money to you. Thanks so much, very kind of you.

Sorry still no secret santa arrived here yet!! :( I am sure it will turn up though!!

Still on the hunt for a V2 cuttlebug, thanks for the links to the blue ones, with shipping on top it makes them very expensive, think I might have to wait til the v2 are released over here! Grrr! I thought about a big shot but I like the fact the cuttlebug folds up smaller!

Tomsmum - fingers crossed it keeps on working for your OH!

OAP - Fabulous news, no wonder you are smiling, what a beautiful little one he is, does he have a name yet?

Can't remember everything I have read, still not feeling brilliant but a lot better than I was! ....

All this talk of these new fancy nesties, I have the lacy circles and the lacy squares, from santa (courtesy of oyster stamps) if anyone desperately wants some cutting so you can try before you buy?

Bunbun - Hope your tooth is not giving you as much grief now xxx

Welcome back salesadmin, nice to see you here xx
