rainmac - thanks for the stitching tip. I did a card for my son this year with a red gingham heart on and did running stitch around it.........looked good but was hard work getting the needle through the card.
Thanks for all your kind thoughts.
OH back from having ultra sound scan at hospital..........well don't know what to think now.
Its not deep vein thrombosis they say but could be something to do with arteries........bit of concern over his foot  Will know more when he's seen nurse ande doctor..........sees nurse tomorrow and maybe doctor will be on duty. If not have to wait till Tuesday:(
Been losing myself on the Craft Obsessions site...........lovely papers.........(drool drool):)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

I need to train Santa a bit better though - I didn't get any crafty stuff apart from my Secret Santa because OH told him I had so much I didn't need anymore - he just doesn't understand you can never have too much craft stuff :rotfl:
Oh dear the pressure is on now to keep it updated. do I have to be witty and amusing as well?0 -

Hiya Kaz - hope you like spending coz you've come to the right place.
My fave website is the glitterpot it's not particularly cheap but the postage is and delivery is really speedy.
Craftsuperstore also has a good sale on at the mo. Mad about cards has a great £1 shop but you have to be prepared to wait a bit for delivery.
I sometimes pick up bits with my shop at Tesco and the works is good for card blanks and bits and pieces as are £1 shops and Home Bargains.
If you want anything particular give us a shout and if you have a printer there's loads of free papers and images about
HTHOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Hope everyone has had a great day playing will all their new christmas crafty goodies.
I want to try a different kind of card but need some gingham paper, red, blue, pinks etc. I don't want to print my own out as my printer goes through loads of ink and it is expensive to replace, so can anyone recommend an online shop that sells either pads or sheets of gingham at a reasonable price. I've had a quick look online, but most of the things I found are to download, and print yourself.
I was going to start making some cards today to sell in a couple of weeks, but my youngest accidently dropped my cuttlebug, not from a great heigh either, and the handle you hold to winde snapped off . Wanted to find out if Provocraft did spares but don't think they do, so begged my OH to have a look and see what he could do to fix it. It's taken about 4 hours, but he managed to drill the snapped bit off and reattach with a long screw, so I am now back in business. He is an angel :A.
Can't believe that it is the last day of the year tomorrow, so whatever you are upto tomorrow have a happy and safe time, and here's to lots of crafting in 2011
xx2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
