Making cards - Ideas (part 5)

CraftyGranny -Sorry I meant to go to the sorting office to collect your parcel today but I left it too late to walk over there - I blame "&son" - he brought me breakfast in bed after we both overslept. I'll try and get over there one morning this week if I can dig the car out.

Have a Christmas cake on the go today and am planning to crack on withChristmas cards this evening. Tree is up extra early this year (We always wait until after my Dad's birthday on the 14th) but it seemed silly not to make the best of being stuck in the house all week.

Been sledging this morning. Bbrrrrr - found out that you can slide down a hill without a sledge as long as you are wearing waterproof trousers but that it hurts a lot.

Post came yesterday (none for two days previously) and hasn't been today - so very hit and miss...

Afternoon ladies, well been able to get off the estate today into town to try and finish off christmas shopping but everyone must have taken advantage of the clear roads (as we have had some thawage - is that even a word??? lol) it was mental!!! not a lot got...not much happening in the way of post either so am reluctant to go internet shopping aargh!!

Hope you are all safe and well - must start thinking about making my oh's christmas card - but he's doing my head in at the mo. so will hang on lol!!

A word of warning. Facebook have started to close pages down if they are seen to be doing comps or sweapstakes. I think this is why mine is blank. I can not acess my business page at all! i have contacted FB but they have not replied. This has been going on only since i did the raffle hamper on there. Right I'd better get myself off of here as we're due at a surprise party for Grandad. Hopefully I'll be around a little more this week, fingers crossed that there is no more illness or snow! Stay safe guys x

That's terrible, sorry to hear that and thanks for letting me know. I'd already announced the winner, etc when I saw this, so I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed.

There are loads of facebook related comps posted all the time at the comps board by big places, I wonder if they are closing those down as well.
