Hello - just popping in to say hi! Still busy making things for my craft fair on Saturday!!
TomsMom - Sending you and your family big hugs. You are certainly having a horrible time lately. 2011 has got to be a better year for you. Hope things have improved today and things are starting to look up. Hope you OH's scan went well also.
CG - hope your mum's ok.

Scatty - glad to hear you are nearly all up together with the house. From what I've seen, it's looking fantastic!
Just a reminder that my givaway on my Homepage ends on Sunday so if you haven't entered and want to, now's your chance!
ok not much else to say apart from that it's too cold for me here - I miss my days in India where I used to spend the winters up until a couple of years ago!!!!
Hope everyone else is ok xThe E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -
Evening - nothing much to report here - made 3 gift tags this afternoon for DD's teacher's gifts - but I was supposed to be working.
Took DD to youth club at 6 and had to de-ice the car to get there  sat outside for half an hour as the electric wasn't on then drove her and her friend back home - saved me de-icing again to pick her up at half 7 though. OH still isn't home but expecting him any minute depending on the state of the A15 is a nightmare as the wind cuts right across it - not looking forward to driving to work tomorrow.
Great freezer stock up OAP - I have loads of stuff in the freezer but never remember to get it out to use.
Tooth is fine so long as I don't breathe in with my mouth open :rotfl::rotfl: the cold air makes it nip a bit - in fact it's less trouble than it has been for the last couple of weeks as it's sat on the table :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hope everyone is ok - we have ice not snow fortunately - I find snow scarey for some ridiculous reasonOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

KMS What about a really good Ice scraper, a posh air freshener, a cup holder and one of those flask type cups, a licence holder, a map... or do you mean toy car type things?
Hope everyone's staying safe and warm in this miserable cold - who's turn is it to make the Hot Chocolate
I'm trying to download papers for my Christmas cards but OH has been on the comp all day downloading stuff for his MP3 player so it's taking forever to do anything Aargh!!0 -
Oh go on - I'll make the hot chocolate as long as I can put a wee nip of something in it - for medicinal purposes you understand.
No snow here but perishing cold - icy wind blowing in off the sea...
Well done Choccy :j
Xmas papers - can anyone recommend some nice ones - what's your favourites???0 -
We don't have any snow either (yet...) but it is blooming freezing. I helped out at the school film night tonight, we've made over £600 so well worth doing it. The film choice was How To Train Your Dragon or Toy Story 3, all seemed to have a good time, lots of sweets and hot dogs eaten!
I've had a couple of orders for Xmasy items - pots of gold, reindeer poop etc so hope to get on with those next week.
Stay safe everyone x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
