Whoo hoo, it's me, it's me, cheers for letting me know lovely Rusty :j

We still haven't got any snow, yippee :T but it is really cold. Been shopping today - TK Maxx, Boots, Next Clearance, Ikea and Asda, I am cream crackered, need a sit down and a but have to go and pick up the boys first. DS1 is having 2 friends home for tea (pizza and shop bought chocolate mousse was requested so nice easy tea for me to make!) so the house is gong to be chaos ;)

    Hope everyone's ok xxx

    Have a wonderful birthday Rainmac.

I'm so sorry I've been absent - it very difficult at the moment keeping up with everything! I am reading what you've all been up to now and again, but not posting much.

Much love to all. Have a lovely weekend, and I hope the snow doesn't cause you too much trouble. Take care xxx

  • me again ... where are you all?? Hope everyone is staying safe in this snow!!! its -3 here  ... temp keeps dropping and then going into positive, roads are scary and full of idiots!

Tomsmum - Glad you know what is happening, although not nice for him :( sending hugs!

OAP - glad you got out safely! sounds like a bargain!!

Thrifty, I have quite a few christmas papers from last year and this year, would you like me to send you a selection? I have this thing where I like to buy new papers ... and not use them :rotfl: Please PM me your address if you would like me to send some to you and I can post them on monday morning!

Can those 4 who I posted packets to let me know if they have arrived please. Flourgirls birthday present never arrived so need to resend a new one

Rusty - nothing came today for me, maybe the snow has slowed it up! Will let you know when it arrives.

Congrats to the winner, well done!!!

Not snowing yet here but expected - I have a craft fair tomorrow so hope it clears by then!!!

    Hope everyone is ok.

  • ***waves**** is freezing here literally :)

Least I am out of the dog house - OH positively encouraged me to borrow his car this morning - probably coz he didn't want to be called into the office :rotfl: - and I even brought it back safe & sound :p
Mine had been sat on the drive all day and was still as frozen as when I went out.

DD slid down the hill tonight on her way home then asks if she can wear sparkly heeled sandals to film night - wonder what my answer was then added she can wear a coat and a jumper :rotfl::rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Thanks Flourgirl, I couldn't get the freebie Harrods tickets this year so we are heading to Selfridges. It cost about £32 for 5 children and 4 adults and most of the money made goes to charity. I have read reviews that the grotto at Selfridges is often better than Harrods so it should be good, I just want their faces to light up and enjoy it.

Rusty, no parcel for me from you yet x

Padster - heels in icy weather , we probably all wanted to do the same when we were younger ;)

Have a fab time at the craft fair PONR, I've seen the makes on your blog, you'll do really well :D
