Marg I have read a couple of Peter James books, thank you so much for the offer though that is very generous of you, I know what you mean about the Jack Reacher series but if you haven't already you must read 61 hours it is by far one of the best books I have read in ages. Unfortunately I borrowed it from a colleague so can't offer to send it to you

Have finished a couple of bits will put them you know where tomorrow, off out with my friends tonight so best get a move on

    Evening all.

The-Wife thanks for the PM :D will look and see if I can find some I like.

Right I posted a freebie on my blog and know a few of you have grabbed it. Wifey came up with a fab idea that I should set a little challenge for you all to use it ... does anyone mind if I set a challenge using it and I will make up a small prize? I don't want to tread on flourgirls challenge so if people want another challenge then I could run it along side of Flourgirls.... up to you? alternatively I could just do a challenge on craftyplace?

In fairness, there was lots and lots of card, but all plain as far as I could see. I like patterns!! You could get a box of card for a fiver, which seemed ok.

Rusty, I don't think rainmac has set us a November challenge on Crafty Place as I think she has been a v. buzzy bee. (she leaves me breathless at times!!) So, perhaps it might be a place to start.
 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

  • Another challenge would be great Rusty - I sorted out my xmas cards today thinking I would have loads left over and am 10 short

I must fess up to being really fed up with making xmas cards so will need to bite the bullet and get on with it - I do have some xmas stamps that I haven't used so might be a good excuse to dig them out :)
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Rusty your challenge sounds like a brilliant idea :) I love that image and have borrowed it ;)

I promise to catch up tomorrow, I'm really tired at the moment. I have several half finished projects on my desk and need a kick up the bum to get on with them.

Thankyou everyone for posting links xx Hugs to all who need them (((((XX)))))

    Evening all,

I have a couple of quick (and silly) questions to ask before I head to bed...

I'm thinking about asking for a Cuttlebug for Christmas. I guess that a few of you have one.

What's so good about them and are they worth the money? Do they just do embossing or can you do die-cutting too? Would you be able to use Nesties in them so that you could cut scalloped circles?

    Thanks in advance!
