Afternoon ladies, hope you are all well. Been awol again on here but I think I've kept up to date on blogs:o We went to see Despicable Me yesterday - and it was great - if you have kids would def. recommend it.
I've tried to remember the last half dozen pages but prob. forgot it all now but wanted to say:
Skiergirl - so sorry about your f-i-l ((hugs))
Jellybaby - hope your op went well.
Take care ladies and will catch up with you all later. xx0 -
Rainmac - Your cardswap and ATC arrived today. I must thankyou, they are wonderful, and it contained chocolate too!
I've not been particularly inspired for crafting lately, with hols last week and kids being off this. It's given me back a bit of enthusiasm, so I'll see what I can do tonight. I quite excited about it.

I've only read this page so I need to go back a bit further to read what I've missed, a double dutch way of doing it but that's me.I'll make any other comments in a sec. TTFN.

Secret Santas check your emails
CT - that is a great idea :T
Dragon - I have replied :rotfl:
Rusty - Re elderly people, you are so right, when i was out the other day this elderly lady was tooting and huffing at me because my DS2 was SINGING in the shop!! I was not very respectful then lol
Flourgirl - I love Willows Countdown !!:T0 -
Myz - big hugs back at ya!!!! I hope you are well. Mwahhhhh.
KMS - It didn't even enter my head to do some colouring. I should have done that. Hopefully I'll get back into the swing of things very soon. Very well done on your weightloss, I should start doing something about mine now, but I'll leave it until January now, and start as I mean to go on. Thanks for the secret santa email, I haven't read it yet. ETA: I forgot to mention your GD spot. Well done.
Rusty - Thanks so much for your kind offer of the Pretzel bags. I went and bought some from Hobbycraft in the end. If ever I can do something for you in return, just ask.
Skiergirl - So sorry to hear your news. Big Hugs to you.
DTB - I'm not sure if it's the cheapest place to buy Kraft card, I didn't see any other replies but I bought mine from QVC. HTH
Addams - well done on your win
Jellybaby - Get well soon. Thinking of you
Wifey - welcome to the Epson 515 club.
Flourgirl - I hope the party goes ok at the weekend. Sounds fun!
Gemma - Well done on the temping job. I must be brilliant to go home lunchtime, It breaks the day up a bit, doesn't it?
Craftygranny - How awful to feel threatened going into a shop! You did the right thing by complaining and getting them moved on, trouble is there isn't a lot for the kids to do this day and age, But begging is appauling (never can spell that word).
Right I think that's it for now. I'm just off to make tea, and hopefully get some crafting done!I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Evening all  Another rainy, windy day here in Glasgow!!
Hope everyone is well.
RustyFlange, I appreciate that a suitcase lets you pack in more stuff, but its a pain in the touche when they are being run over your toes and taking up space in the tightly packed halls and stalls lol.
Jellybaby, hope your op went well. I was pointed towards Cowling and Wilcox for Promarkerslizalloareds wrote: »What bargains did you get, i am going on Sunday
Lizalloareds, got lots of paper, there is a stall if you fill a box it's £6. Got some gorgeous Martha Stewart stampers(even though I had no intention of buying them), inks, glues, templates, some beads for my jewellery making oh and some Debbie & Andrew sausages . My fav stall has to be the £1 one, if you buy twelve things you only pay a tenner...it's a win win lol! Have a great time when you go.
Here's to a crafty weekendxxx

Ooh Carol I'm really excited now
What time does the SECC open in the morning?0 -
Elysia - cant believe you havent opened your parcel yet! Hope your mojo comes back soon
Craftygranny - Thats terrible. Its like begging really. They shouldnt be allowed to say those sort of things, it probably makes some people afraid.
Raimac – Have fun putting your furniture together. Plenty of tea for my OH always does the trick! The ironing can always wait, craft is more important!
Jellybaby – hope the op goes well and you recover quickly and get plenty of time to craft.
Marg – Loved your little story!
Rusty – Good to see you back. Glad you had a good time with your parents
Kms – Well done on your guest designer
Myz – Big hugs to you too
CarolnMalky – Sounds like you got lots of lovely stuff!
