oh Toms mum i have only just seen your sad news. So so sorry for your loss. Words, however kind, can't mend your heartache but it will be the little things that you will remember,the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem hard right now,it will be those memories that will get you though and make you smile.
I will be thinking of you tomorrow, your so brave x
