Without asking, were you spontaneously exposed to the characteristics of the
    recommended product?

Any clues as to what this may mean? I presume its asking if I was told about why it was being recommended, what do you think?

I think it just means whether the MOS explained the characteristics of the product without being asked?

Last time I did 3 on the same day. This time there was only 1 available which I swiped :-) The first one I did was really scary. Now, I just can't get enough.

I did one last week and quite enjoyed it.

Draw your plan first, just roughly, then go round the bays marking whats in them, and finally take the photos, do them in the same order as the bays so you know which is which.

They're quite straightforward really. Drawing up the planogram on Excel, however, took me forever!!!!
