    Evening all,
I've done a TNS supermarket this afternoon which also included the cafe and petrol station. When it's asking for the time in and time out, I'm assuming obviously that includes the time that I was in the cafe, but what about the time in getting to and assesing the petrol station, which is over the other side of the retail park and car park??
Would I put the time I actually left the supermarket building, or what time I left the petrol station??

I thought about that aswell. I normally just put the time of leaving the supermarket and they have never picked me up on it.

have fun - once you get into it, it's fine. The paperwork is just very extensive!

Thanks for that, it was fine in the end, alot of worrying about nothing really. You're not kidding about the paperwork-all that printing off for..... two stands!!!

Have got another one tomorrow, hope that one goes as smoothly (although it won't now I've said that will it ;))

Quick question regarding taking kids on assignments- if the paperwork doesn't specify they aren't allowed, should I assume it's OK or check first do you think (not referring to the jewellery audits btw- demon daughter would do terrible things to the displays!)

I used to have 2 under 3s that I took with me on assignments all the time. Was never queried - I never rang the company to check if it was okay to take them. Just took them.

They're now in school all day, so I can now take the jobs that specify no kids as well :D

Best to check. My ESA paperwork didn't say anything about going on your own, so I phoned to check and was (very rudely actually) told that you have to go on your own, just like a 'normal' job)!

I usually go to the petrol station first and put the time I drive onto the forecourt until the time I leave the supermarket.

I would try and go on your own if you can. It's really hard doing it with a child with you as they are too distracting. My husband ended up doing overtime on Saturday so I took my three year old on a job with me. Even though I've been doing this for years and it was a scenario in a store I've done loads of times before, I still almost forgot to do a section as she was blethering on about stuff all the time :o
Here I go again on my own....

ABAI: I know this may sound cheeky, but can someone kindly pm me and tell me how I go about adding other clients on. PM me if you know what I am doing wrong. Cheers.

Not reading the second post of this (and every other) thread?

Took an ESA job today. Completed today. No start date anywhere online or on the paperwork, end date for visit 14th Oct.

ESA won't let me fill in the questions, telling me its an invalid date.

    Just me?
