    Ummm The braw lads awesome!

    .

Dont mean the real Braw Lad. Just the Gala boys I used to work with.

I did the hawick shop today but i see there's another visit for it showing and 2 for the gala shop? They could be there a long time.

Visiting shoppers beware! At least one garage has ran out of petrol as the deliveries cant get through.

Same up here. I went to 3 different petrol stations today, none of them had diesel and I eventually managed to get premium unleaded at 132.9p, I nearly choked but had no other option as I need to try and catch up with the ones that I have pushed back and back. Rest assured it wont be used for a run to Gala for an extra £1.
  • Still snowed in! 14 days tomorrow!!!
Phoned the local councillor today who is promising to help.
Now I have so many jobs postponed I'll be working Christmas Eve (or be taken away with a nervous breakdown!)

I'm snowed in too, told by council they are not gritting side roads due to cut backs, don't know how or when I will get my car out to the main road which is not much better with cars abandoned on it. Have postponed some jobs but not taken any for over a week now. :(

Sad thing is they will pay someone from Edinburgh to come down 60 miles round trip and pay for it... Im just asking for a fair chunk!

They wouldn't offer enough (for me, anyway).

anyone else having trouble with the edig money surveys? these re like boomarangs every time i send them they come back wish i had not bothered.
I have a whole survey returned which they accepted for pay, there is no message with it but the whole thing needs to be done again. I sent a message to ask what the problem was but have heard nothing yet, has anyone had this happen before?
I don't want to do it all again in case they say it is an error and take it back and I have wasted my time.
I didn't know they could come back if they have been vetted and accepted.
