From past experience, the company that can't be named have NEVER replied to any of my emails. But I think that's only because they don't like me.0 -

GfK were fantastic with me when we had severe flooding and I couldn't get to visits. They called me and told me which areas to avoid so big thumbs up to those guys.

Just had an email from ABAI saying Happy Christmas, the fees for the hardware store are going down....... given they had quite a few queries I'm probably not going to bother in future.
This would probably be behind the change to bank payments over cash.
It gives them a lot more flexibility on payment levels.
